2. How to make order&payment?

For order:

A) sending your inquiry with the chemical you are interested in and let’s know the quantity you prefer and destination,we would quote you ASAP.

B) Once making agreement,PI or contract will be sent to you by emai or online.

For payment:

We accept payment by wire transfer(T/T),West Union,Paypal or Alipay,etc.

3.How long is the delivery cycle?

In-stock products can be shipped within 3-7 days; conventional bulk orders take 7-15 days; custom synthesis cycle is determined according to product difficulty.

4.How do you guarantee the quality of products?

 We have a professional R&D team, so every batch of our products is up to standard. We will have goods tested and provide COA  before delivery for sure.

5.What is the packaging of your products?

 Usually the packaging of our products is 1kg/bag,2kg/bag,25kg/bag, carton or drum;There are differences depending on the product.We have various of packages to meet our customers,like Iron drums,plastic drums, IBC tanks, Flexitank, ISO TANK and bags etc.

7. What is your MOQ?

Conventional products support small batch orders; custom synthesis supports gram-level, kilogram-level and ton-level flexible production.

8.Can I get a sample?
Yes, we support sample supply for most fine chemicals, intermediates and conventional materials. Custom synthesis products can provide trial samples according to the synthesis situation.

9.Can you customize special purity and specifications?

Yes, we can customize ultra-high purity, low impurity, special particle size and special packaging according to customer application requirements.
